For those not shying away from a longer approach and seeking an alpine ambiance, this is the right place to be. Situated at about 2000 meters, the rock of this area is unique, as it is a mix between the characteristic limestone of the Wetterstein and conglomerate. The climbing is mostly on pockets on an extremely grippy and compact rock on inclined to overhanging walls.
