Steinweid (Extrem)

The earlier very popular sport climbing crag in Muotathal has long since lay dormant. This may be due to the sandbagged ratings earlier found here. Climbing grades had developed about as much reliability as the valley frogs’ croaking predicts the weather. The mostly vertical to slightly overhanging climbs are crimpy and demand endurance and strong fingers. “Amor und Psyche” surmounts an exposed roof. Most routes are protected during rainfall.
