Axenstrasse (Extrem)

Just a hundred meters above the turquoise colored Urner Lake, the crag “Axenstrasse” is tucked into the middle of a huge wall. Thanks to this road, access to this crag has been made possible. The place is so sunny that late Fall and Wintertime climbing is optimal. January can even be warm enough to climb in your T-shirts. The climbing on this steep wall is athletic to say the least. “Alustar” comes highly recommended. Two approach options exist.
