Chli Bielenhorn (Extrem)

Its moderate length, the “relatively” short approach, as well as the quality Furka granite all make these routes on the South Face of the Chli Bielenhorn a popular destination. Due to its southern exposure, climbing here is often possible into late Fall (as long as the Pass road remains open). “Sacremotion” by the Remy Brothers is consistently a great route in perfect rock. It leaves little doubt just as to why this beautiful line has become so popular. This well thought out line weaves up the steep South Face offering sustained difficulties with solid protection. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about the route “Le Test”! On the 5th pitch traverse, the second must be up to the task at hand and climb the grade.
