Chli Glatten (plaisir)

Besides a lot of air under your feet, you are surrounded by a wondrous alpine panorama. Fun climbing in the steepest of Schächental limestone with beautiful views. If there are too many parties climbing the classic South Pillar, you can escape to routes like “Le Coeur De La Mer” or “Chilbitanz”. Both routes are sportier and excellent rock quality is a given. Further to the right, these four routes have been retrofitted: “Dacht-angente” and “Neuer Altherrenweg” are both very worth doing. “Schneewalzer” up to the 6th Pitch is recommended, but afterwards it is hard to find solid holds. “Flacher Pfeiler” is also very nice, despite the rock quality not always being the best.
