La Famiglia

It is something of a mystery that this easy-to-reach crag has remained hidden for years; its name refers to the flat, comfortable access just hundreds of metres off the road at the bottom of the valley: really family friendly. The crag is surrounded and protected by the wood, and is divided into two sectors. On the left Scola Area there are beautiful, white rock walls with crimps, the start of the routes is often overhanging; on the right Rosso Ciliegia Area there is a higher structure, the rock is more solid and the whole sector is a huge overhang ending in a vertical slab.This crag is ideal during the hot season, especially in the afternoon shades.
