Balsthal - Überhang (extrem)

There are two small sectors immediately above the road. The approach to Osterloch is very steep and tricky when wet. The rock is by nature a little chossy, but traffic has made the rock more solid on these routes. “Koan” is the obligatory send up the Overhang. Though only 15 meters long, this route on steep excellent rock is surprisingly sustained.
