Bohus

Bohus is a sport climbing crag that was developed during summer 2002. The crag hasn’t become that popular mostly depending on the lack of good warm-ups and the fact that the routes start from a pretty narrow ledge. ASPECT AND CLIMATE The crag faces south and can get pretty warm in the summer (it gets in the shade first in the late afternoon). The crag isn’t visited so often by the climbers because of the thick deciduous forest in front of it, a bit swampy access path and pretty detachable lower parts of the crag. THE ROUTES Most of the routes in Bohus are steep (at least after you’ve passed the loose rocks in the intros), pretty short and quite difficult. All routes are bolted and equipped with lower-offs.
