Planovo

The first crag when you go from Omiš into Cetina canyon. A very popular southwest-facing limestone crag just through the tunnel from downtown Omis. Routes are very easy to find since the route names are written at the base of each climb. In summer, the crag is in the shade until 11:30 am. After that, switching to the neighboring crag, 'Babina Bara', is a good choice. But the best times to climb here are spring and autumn. This crag is very popular as it is a 5-minute walk from the city. The routes are well-bolted and suitable for beginners. There are also three multi-pitch routes: 'Nede,' 'Millenium bug,' and 'Kambo Belveda.' The crag was bolted in 1999 and 2000 and rebolted in 2020. Also, there is a hiking trail up to the fortress Fortica starting from Planovo (30 min). You can get a mountain map showing the trails around Omiš from the Tourism Board office in Omiš.
