Drašnice is a lovely summer destination for water activities and for climbing recently.
This is not an ideal summer climbing crag, as the sun after 14:00 is too hot, but it can be manageable as there are several sectors with different orientation.
'Parking' sector is located by the tarmac road, so it is very convenient to use it for warming up or just a quick climbing session.
The best wall here is big-wall Kline, the hardest multi-pitch route 'Roctrip' in Croatia, maybe even in Europe? (FA Klemen Bečan, repeated by Adam Ondra)
Another easier, multi-pitch sector is located left of the 'Parking' sector while the rest of sectors are sport routes from 15 to 40 meters.
'Kline' is a stunning big-wall sector with 1 open project and one unfinished route. It stays wet for an extended period after heavy rain and the hike takes up to 40 min.
Be careful of the snakes and goats.
Wild goats are often seen, so it's recommended to wear a helmet as sometimes, they are the cause of falling rocks from the top of the wall.
The walls above Drašnice still has a lot of potential for many new lines.
