Grandes Suites (plaisir)

If the weather at home is iffy or if you just want to escape the cold north for a few day get away, the sunny cliffs above the Lake of Annecy can be just the ticket! The cliffs are relatively steep and offer wonderful limestone pocket climbing. Besides the two beautiful routes on the Grandes Suites, the area is also popular for bicycling, hiking, and sailing.
