Cueva del Ribero y Pico La Jorga
Asturias, ES
Cueva del Ribero is a popular sector, partly because it is only five minutes walk from the car park. Varying degrees and styles of climbing, from technical moves, some dihedrals and slabs, with good resistance paths on tufas, holes, plugs and power strips. Best season: You can climb all year round, even on rainy days, as long as the rain hasn’t filtered into the tufas. But the best time is spring and autumn. In summer the wall is shaded from four in the afternoon. In winter the fissures are usually wet and the wall can be a little damp.
