The climb takes place over limestone of good quality, but the best point it is the location. If you're

Follow the path, and after 50 metres you will find a smaller path on the left hand side that brings you to the foot of the crags.
If you are coming from Asturias and Cantabria go to the Puerto el Pontón, taking the N-625 for 12 km until you reach the village of Precendi where you turn left to reach Sames and all the crags. The road to get to the crags is sloping, narrow and full of curves. It is not recommendable for caravans. To go to Següencos from Cangas de Onís, go in direction Covadonga. Before reaching the Cangas de Onis Fire Station, take the road on the right hand side to the village of Següencos. After 5 minutes you will reach Següencu. At the end of the village take the concrete path, until the path becomes rocky, (cars of a low height avoid going through). You will reach a mountain path with a prohibition sign for vehicles. Park there and from here all the crags are visible.
