The Loaf

The rock at Dunmanway (GR W 226 547) is grey sandstone. There is other bouldering scattered on the hillside but the first time visitor should head straight to The Loaf. The Loaf is 5m high with two bolts on top, but the landing is good and the topouts positive so a pad and spotter are fine.
