Diamante del Ba.Ro.

Trentino, IT

Diamante del Ba.Ro. is a fantastic climbing crag, named after Roberto Bassi, who died in a traffic accident. Together with Maurizio “Manolo” Zanolla and Heinz Mariarcher, he is considered the most important climbing pioneer in the Sarca Valley of the golden eighties. The climbing here is varied with interesting, by no means, simple lines. The wall was originally discovered by Heinz Mariacher. Subsequently, Rolando Larcher drilled nearly all the remaining routes.
