Cape Crocker

Ontario, CA

Cape Croker recently re-opened in 2016, thanks to the Ontario Access Coalition and Dr. Harry Hoediono. For climbers intimidated by the height and exposure of Lion's Head, and can't climb 5.11 at White Bluff, Cape Croker offers a nearby alternative with some bouldering options in the park too. Cape Croker Park is on land owned by the Chippewas of Nawash First Nation. There is plenty of camping and some bouldering here, making it an attractive stay and climb option. A steel staircase clearly defines the middle of the wall. Route location data and photos provided by Joe Stubbs. Due to its late addition, Cape Croker has not been indexed.
