Frea

This cliff of compact dolomite runs just below Passo Gardena. There are a large number of routes here, single-pitch and also a few multi-pitch routes. Frea consists of 5 different sectors, all within very short distance from another. Two of them can only be reached via a short via ferrata or by climbing up 2 pitches from the lower sectors. The climbing is mostly on vertical rock and partially on slabs. The views and the surrounding landscape are both fantastic.
